Contract Project Management

Child Health Advisory Council
Ongoing grant from the Department of Health and the Department of Education to coordinate and administer a council consisting of physicians and members of the school health, education and public communities; the purpose of which is to bring recommendations for improvement in all these areas to the Secretaries of the Departments of Health and Education.

Florida Developmental Disabilities Council
Annual three day conference for all stakeholders involved in the care of developmentally disabled persons. AMR is responsible for all aspects of this conference including program development, CEU approval and all meeting logistics.

Immunization Registry
Ongoing grant from the Florida Department of Health and the National CDC to coordinate, administer and develop materials related to training, education and implementation of immunizations. The grant’s purpose is to educate private pediatricians on the statewide and national immunization registries.
 
Florida Bioethics Network
Annual one day conference targeted to healthcare professionals and other professionals in the field of aging.

National Academy of Trial Lawyer Executives – Government Affairs Conference
Annual four day national conference with approximately 300 registrants and 30 exhibitors and sponsors. AMR is responsible for obtaining CE approval for
Continuing Legal Education courses that are offered in conjunction with political and legislative updates. AMR is responsible for complete conference coordination and planning with the Program Committee and NATLE Executive Director. High level speakers (Governor’s, etc) are invited and all aspects of security are coordinated with the appropriate agencies.

New York Elder Concert
Annual one day conference aimed toward healthcare professionals and professionals in the aging industry with an attendance of 400.  AMR coordinates all aspects of the conference including obtaining CE approval for Medical, Legal, Marriage & Family Therapists, Guardianship, Financial professionals.

Quad State Anesthesia Meeting
Annual CME conference with approximately 400 registrants. Anesthesiologists from four states gather together for scientific sessions and practice management updates as well as camaraderie and networking. AMR is responsible for all aspects of conference planning.

Reach Out and Read
AMR serves as a fiscal agent to the Reach Out and Read program which is a national literacy program aimed at the underserved pediatric population in United States.
